In 1999，Jiamei Group assembly line tried out and gained success.
In April 1999， Jiamei was awarded as“1998 advanced foreign trade exporting enterprise in Quanzhou”by People’s Government of Quanzhou.
In June 1999，Jiamei was awarded as “Model Technology innovation enterprise”by Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Committee and Fujian township and village enterprises Bureau.
In June 1999, Jiamei was awarded as “china township enterprise with excellent management” by the Ministry of Agriculture.
In August 1999, awarded as “model tax payer”by Fujian Provincial Local Tax Bureau.
In October 1999,Jiamei was awarded as “ Class A Customs implementation Management Enterprise”
In December 1999，Jiamei was awarded as“1997-1998 Annual Thought political work outstanding enterprise in Quanzhou”by Propaganda Department of Quanzhou Municipal Committee, Organization Department of Quanzhou Municipal Committee ,Quanzhou Municipal Economic Committee and Quanzhou City Federation of Trade Unions.
In April 2000, approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Jiamei Group built Xiamen International Freight Co.,Ltd.
In April 2000，Jiamei was awarded as “model tax payer”by Quanzhou National Taxation Bureau and Quanzhou Local Taxation Bureau.
In April 2000， Jiamei was awarded as“township advanced exporting enterprise in 1998 and 1999”by Fujian Provincial Bureau of Township Enterprises.
In August 2000，Jiamei was awarded as “Top 10 foreign trade exporting enterprise” by Quanzhou Municipal People’s Government.
In 2000, Jiamei Group built and implements ISO9002 quality certificate system.
In 2001, Jiamei Group cooperated with Denghua county committee of Science and Technology and invested 3 million yuan to complete the technological transformation of kiln and built computer Intelligent Control System.
In 2001, Jiamei was awarded as “Top 100 Group Enterprises”,” Top 100 Private-owned Enterprises” by Fujian Provincial Enterprise Assessment Center and Fujian Enterprise Evaluation Association.
In May 2001, Jiamei was awarded as ““The enterprise of observing contract and keeping promise in 1999 and 2000 ”by Quanzhou Municipal Government.
In July 2001, Fujian Jiamei Group Xiamen Import& Export Co.,ltd was established.
In 2002, Fujian JIamei Group invested 10 million yuan to expand factory building, 10 million yuan to update production equipments, 30 million yuan to build Jiamen building and 1 million to set up branch in the USA.
In 2002, Jiamei was awarded as “Advanced tax Payer from 1999 to 2001” by United Front Work Department of Fujian Provincial Committee, Fujian Provincial State Tax Bureau, Fujian Provincial Local Tax Bureau, Fujian Federation of Industry and Commerce.
In February 2002, Jiamei was awarded as “Quanzhou Advanced Unit in Economic and Technology innovation”.
In May 2002, Jiamei was awarded as “ Class A Taxpayer” by Quanzhou Municipal l State Tax Bureau.
In June 2002, Jiamei was awarded as ““Fujian 10th Five-Year Technology Innovation Leading enterprise” by Fujian Provincial Science & Technology Department.
